Proyecto en Red."},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fundacionmujeres.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fundaci\u00f3n Mujeres<\/a> y <a href=\"http:\/\/cepaim.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fundaci\u00f3n Cepaim<\/a> inician el proyecto\u00a0 <em><strong>SUMANDO ESFUERZOS PARA LA IGUALDAD<\/strong><\/em> con la colaboraci\u00f3n de <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.cruzroja.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cruz Roja<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gitanos.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fundaci\u00f3n Secretariado Gitano<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PRESENTACI\u00d3N\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sumando Esfuerzos para la Igualdad<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es un proyecto impulsado por <\/span><b>Fundaci\u00f3n Mujeres y <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><b>Fundaci\u00f3n Cepaim<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Se encuentra financiado por el <strong>F<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/social\/main.jsp?langId=es&amp;catId=325\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ondo Social Europeo (FSE)<\/a><\/strong> y por el <a href=\"https:\/\/administracion.gob.es\/pagFront\/espanaAdmon\/directorioOrganigramas\/fichaUnidadOrganica.htm?idUnidOrganica=127958&amp;origenUO=gobiernoEstado&amp;volver=gobiernoEstado#.YKtrYagza70\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Ministerio los Ministerios de Trabajo y Econom\u00eda Social y de Derechos Sociales y Agenda 2030<\/strong><\/a>. Y cuenta con la colaboraci\u00f3n de <\/span><b>Cruz\u00a0 Roja y Fundaci\u00f3n Secretariado Gitano.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se trata de un proyecto con una metodolog\u00eda de <strong>investigaci\u00f3n acci\u00f3n participativa<\/strong> que pretende crear una <strong>gu\u00eda pr\u00e1ctica<\/strong> para la medici\u00f3n del impacto de g\u00e9nero que <strong>mejore la inserci\u00f3n sociolaboral<\/strong> de personas en situaci\u00f3n de riesgo de exclusi\u00f3n social.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los cambios que se producen en las mujeres participantes van m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de encontrar un empleo u obtener una cualificaci\u00f3n. Si bien podemos medir el n\u00famero de personas que encuentran trabajo, \u00bfa qu\u00e9 tipo de trabajos est\u00e1n accediendo hombres y mujeres? \u00bfC\u00f3mo influyen las situaciones de partida en el desarrollo de itinerarios de inserci\u00f3n sociolaboral? \u00bfC\u00f3mo afectan sus circunstancias personales a su mejora de empleabilidad? Desde las distintas entidades se ha visto la necesidad de poner encima de la mesa esta realidad. De esta forma nace <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sumando Esfuerzos por la Igualdad<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AVANCES<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El pasado <\/span><b>29 de abril<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tuvo lugar la primera reuni\u00f3n del <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grupo de Trabajo <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">del proyecto<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Sumando Esfuerzos por la Igualdad. <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En esta reuni\u00f3n participaron las cuatro entidades: <\/span><b>Fundaci\u00f3n Mujeres, Fundaci\u00f3n Cepaim, Cruz\u00a0 Roja y Fundaci\u00f3n Secretariado Gitano.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La reuni\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 con el objetivo de consensuar las cuestiones de dise\u00f1o y coordinaci\u00f3n entre las entidades colaboradoras, constituir el grupo de trabajo y coordinar el trabajo de campo. Los resultados de dicha reuni\u00f3n fueron muy positivos para con el devenir del proyecto. Se alcanzaron compromisos de cooperaci\u00f3n que dan luz verde al inicio del proyecto m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las cuestiones te\u00f3ricas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A lo largo de este a\u00f1o estaremos inmersas en el desarrollo de la Fase de Diagn\u00f3stico que se realizar\u00e1 en el marco de las operaciones gestionadas por las 4 entidades: DANA ( Fundaci\u00f3n Mujeres), ADELANTE ( Fundaci\u00f3n Cepaim), CAL\u00cd ( Fundaci\u00f3n Secretariado Gitano), PUENTES HACIA EL EMPLEO ( Cruz Roja). <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los resultados nos permitir\u00e1n dise\u00f1ar, de manera conjunta, el sistema de medici\u00f3n del impacto de g\u00e9nero que permita medir el empoderamiento personal, social y laboral de las mujeres en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad, paso esencial para su inserci\u00f3n laboral.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las siguientes fases del proyecto se desarrollar\u00e1n en 2022 y principios de 2023 centr\u00e1ndose en testar el sistema de medici\u00f3n dise\u00f1ado y facilitar la transferencia a las operaciones financiadas por el Fondo Social Europeo as\u00ed como a otras iniciativas y programas dirigidos a mejorar la integraci\u00f3n socio-laboral de colectivos vulnerables desde una perspectiva de g\u00e9nero. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los resultados que se vayan alcanzando se ir\u00e1n publicando en las respectivas redes y p\u00e1ginas web de cada entidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Puedes encontrar m\u00e1s noticias en materia de empleo con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero en el<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/observatorioigualdadyempleo.es\/?s=empleo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Observatorio de Igualdad y Empleo.\u00a0<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>Observatorio de Igualdad y Empleo<\/strong>\u00a0es una\u00a0acci\u00f3n de divulgaci\u00f3n que forma parte del proyecto\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/observatorioigualdadyempleo.es\/proyecto-dana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">DANA<\/a>, financiado por el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/social\/main.jsp?langId=es&amp;catId=325\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fondo Social Europeo.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fundaci\u00f3n Mujeres y Fundaci\u00f3n Cepaim inician el proyecto\u00a0 SUMANDO ESFUERZOS PARA LA IGUALDAD con la colaboraci\u00f3n de Cruz Roja y Fundaci\u00f3n Secretariado Gitano.\u00a0 PRESENTACI\u00d3N\u00a0 Sumando Esfuerzos para la Igualdad es un proyecto impulsado por Fundaci\u00f3n Mujeres y \u00a0Fundaci\u00f3n Cepaim.
