Castilla la Mancha."},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>En qu\u00e9 consiste el Plan Corresponsables de Castilla la Mancha<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>El pasado 22 de junio el Gobierno de Castilla la Mancha, los agentes sindicales y la Federaci\u00f3n de Municipios y Provincias (FEMP) de la regi\u00f3n, firmaron el acuerdo para poner en marcha del <strong>Plan Corresponsables<\/strong>\u00a0en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El Plan Corresponsables se destina a<strong>\u00a0la financiaci\u00f3n de actuaciones orientadas a facilitar la conciliaci\u00f3n de las familias<\/strong> con hijas e hijos de hasta 14 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>El Plan consiste en crear bolsas de empleo de profesionales de los cuidados y ofrecer esos servicios de cuidados a las familias que los necesiten. De este modo, se reconocer\u00e1 y profesionalizar\u00e1 a las personas que se dedican a los cuidados, que son en su mayor\u00eda mujeres.
