El Bolet\u00edn Oficial del Estado (BOE) public\u00f3 ayer jueves 30 de diciembre el Real Decreto-ley 32\/2021, de 28 de diciembre, de medidas urgentes para la reforma laboral, la garant\u00eda de la estabilidad en el empleo y la transformaci\u00f3n del mercado de trabajo<\/em> que entra en vigor hoy 31 de diciembre.<\/p>\n

Esta reforma fue aprobada el martes pasado por el Consejo de Ministros y se centra principalmente combatir la temporalidad de los contratos de trabajo, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n, impulsar medidas para subsanar los desequilibrios en las negociaciones colectivas, entre otras.<\/p>\n
