Ning\u00fan sexo puede superar el 60% de los puestos judiciales; y de igual modo, ninguno puede contar con menos de un 40% de representatividad en los mismos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con este planteamiento se persigue que exista paridad en las siguientes plazas concretas: presidentes\/as y magistrados\/as del Supremo; presidentes\/as de los Tribunales Superiores de Justicia, de la\u00a0Audiencia Nacional\u00a0y de las Audiencias Provinciales; y magistrados\/as de los Parlamentos auton\u00f3micos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la actualidad, Solo el 12% de los Tribunales Superiores de Justicia est\u00e1n presididos por mujeres. Igualmente, en las Audiencias Provinciales esto sucede solamente en el 4% de los casos. En cuanto al Tribunal Supremo, solamente el 6% de sus magistrados son mujeres.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>HITO HIST\u00d3RICO EN EL CGPJ<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde su creaci\u00f3n en el a\u00f1o 1978, el Consejo General del Poder Judicial jam\u00e1s hab\u00eda tenido a una mujer como Presidenta. Este hecho contrasta con la presencia de las mujeres en el \u00e1mbito jur\u00eddico, conformado por un 57,2% de ellas. Por primera vez en la historia, sin embargo, esta situaci\u00f3n se ha visto revertida al ser \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mpr.gob.es\/prencom\/notas\/Paginas\/2024\/040924-bolanos-nueva-presidenta-supremo-cgpj.aspx#:~:text=Isabel%20Perell%C3%B3%20es%20la,Consejo%20General%20del%20Poder%20Judicial\">elegida como presidenta<\/a> Mar\u00eda Isabel Perell\u00f3 Dom\u00e9nech el pasado septiembre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pero el camino hacia esta elecci\u00f3n no ha sido ni mucho menos sencillo: se han tenido que atravesar varios plenos y negociaciones infructuosas hasta llegar finalmente a una resoluci\u00f3n. De hecho, el CGPJ ha tenido que reunirse al menos cuatro veces para decidir sobre la presidencia.
