Este d\u00eda se\u00f1ala la conmemoraci\u00f3n surgi\u00f3 en honor al nacimiento del cient\u00edfico argentino Bernardo Houssay, quien fuese Premio Nobel de Medicina por sus descubrimientos en fisiolog\u00eda y medicina. Pero Bernardo no trabajaba solo, <strong>siempre estuvo rodeado de equipos en los que tambi\u00e9n participaron grandes mujeres<\/strong> (pincha en su nombre para conocer justify;\">El \u00e1mbito de la investigaci\u00f3n es una <strong>\u201ctuber\u00eda con fugas\u201d<\/strong> en la que las mujeres han aumentado su participaci\u00f3n pero su presencia disminuye durante el avance de la carrera, con menor representaci\u00f3n en los niveles de direcci\u00f3n y liderazgo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fundaci\u00f3n Mujeres desarrolla la campa\u00f1a <strong>#InvestigadorasAlMando<\/strong> para poner en relieve el indispensable papel de las mujeres en la investigaci\u00f3n. Las brechas de g\u00e9nero y obst\u00e1culos en este \u00e1mbito contin\u00faan estando presentes a pesar de los hitos conseguidos. Es necesario conocer estas brechas y apoyar el desarrollo de su carrera profesional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La campa\u00f1a se desarrolla entre el 7 y el 10 de abril.
