Igualmente se analiza la diferencia en la tasa de actividad, as\u00ed como el peso de desempleo que soportan las mujeres y los hombres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otro lado se observa la actividad emprendedora y de trabajo aut\u00f3nomo que llevan a cabo mujeres y hombres en diferentes territorios. Pero no solamente esto, sino la diferencia por sexo entre los sectores en los que se emprende, el n\u00famero de personas empleadas a cargo o el abandono de la actividad empresarial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La importancia de conocer estos datos objetivos se pone de manifiesto como el primer paso en el camino hacia la igualdad real y efectiva entre mujeres y hombres en el mercado laboral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El observatorio de Igualdad y Empleo es una acci\u00f3n de divulgaci\u00f3n que forma parte del Programa Estatal FSE+ de Inclusi\u00f3n Social, Garant\u00eda Infantil y Lucha contra la Pobreza que est\u00e1 cofinanciado por el Fondo Social Europeo + (2021ES05SFPR003) y cuenta con el apoyo del Ministerio de Derechos Sociales, Consumo y Agenda
